Elizabeth Weaver

Elizabeth has spent all of her adult life in customer service. She loves people and community. More than decade ago, she began searching through nutrition how to improve her quality of life and the people around her. Frequenting Farmer’s Markets, eating local, plant-based and gluten-free radically changed her energy and relationship to food. She began creating healthy recipes that focused on flavors and healing the body. She became so passionate about sharing her food and drinks with others, she began Cosmic Veggies. Cosmic Veggies grew quickly and people were incredibly grateful to have access to quick, convent, nutrient-dense, real food options
